Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. I routinely work with sensitive IP and regulated data. I am happy to sign a standard mutual NDA before discussing proprietary details.
Do you work on-site?
I primarily work remotely. I can travel for critical workshops, kick-offs, or deployments in the UAE or North America, subject to schedule availability and expense coverage.
What is your billing model?
For advisory work, I bill hourly. For defined projects (e.g., specific PoC, platform migration), I prefer fixed-price contracts with milestone-based payments.
Who owns the IP?
You do. Upon full payment, all code, documentation, and artifacts produced during the engagement become your exclusive property.
Are you available for full-time roles?
I am focused on consulting engagements and selective leadership roles. Open to discussing fractional CTO or Principal Architect arrangements.
